They not only learned the knowledge and expertise in the technical fields, but also gained better understanding of the American culture and people.

March 24, 2011 was a big day for Ms. Rongjuan Su, Director of the Information Office of Shanghai Municipality, and her eighteen colleagues, who had completed the executive training program on journalism and mass communication that was co-sponsored by the Municipal Government of Shanghai, University of Virginia and Triway.
