Triway International Group currently has following open positions:

PROGRAM SPECIALIST (full-time)

Location: Northern Virginia

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research on specific subjects proposed by clients;
  2. Develop training outlines & topics and draft training proposals, based on research and communications with clients through Triway China offices;
  3. Manage paper work that helps clients complete internal formalities for study trips and visa application process;
  4. Execute training programs, including but not limited to: coordinating and arranging field visits and lectures based on training proposals, working with Triway travel department to ensure seamless operation throughout the training programs, and serving as an interpreter for clients if needed;
  5. Develop and manage company’s training resources in the U.S.;
  6. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Law, International Affairs, Education, Business, Political Science, Humanities, Social Sciences or relevant areas.
  2. Ability to perform diverse and complex tasks with accuracy and attention to details;
  3. Ability to conduct independent research on specific issues and particularly the ones beyond their area of specialization;
  4. A good command of written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
  5. Must have general knowledge on U.S. and China political system, education system, government structure and the way both governments operate.

PROJECT COORDINATOR INTERN (full-time/part-time)

Location: Northern Virginia

Job Type: Unpaid internship

Internship Period: October 2nd to December 22nd

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct basic research and information collection on specific subjects proposed by clients;
  2. Assist the supervisor to prepare documents, including training outlines & topics and draft training proposals;
  3. Assist to coordinate classes, site visits and field trips;
  4. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Current or recent graduate student in Public Administration, Law, International Affairs, Education, Business, Political Science, Humanities, Social Sciences or relevant areas.
  2. Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to details;
  3. Ability to conduct independent research on specific issues and particularly the ones beyond their area of specialization;
  4. A good command of written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin is preferred;
